“I've been in the process of simplifying and removing clutter from my house and I came across hundreds of old photos that I'd taken when I was a teenager. I wanted to get rid of the box entirely, but there were lots of memories inside that I thought were worth keeping. Scanning them myself would have been too difficult to do so I decided to give Scandango a try. The service was super fast and I was kept informed on the progress of the order throughout. “I spoke and exchanged texts with Cathy (La Madre) who was very kind and clear in her communication. The photos were collected the next day after I sent them out and they were delivered so quickly which wasn’t expected. I was notified at every stage of the order via emails from Ady and he even scanned our photos at a better quality than we ordered. That’s what I call good customer service. I received the photos in a new box which couldn’t be any securer and to my amazement the photos were organised so neatly that I didn’t have to do anything to them.
